FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & POLICIES

  • RESERVATIONS

    We suggest you reserve your spa appointments at least one to two weeks prior to your desired arrival so we may best meet your scheduling needs. Please contact the spa directly at 760-815-3236 or use our quick on-line portal.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    We understand modern life comes with unexpected emergencies.  Should you ever need to cancel your spa appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid any late cancellation fees.  If you fail to do so, you may be charged 100% of the service cost and a credit card will be required upon booking your next appointment.

  • SPA ARRIVALS

    To maximize your spa experience, please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to begin your relaxation experience.  This will also give you adequate time to complete the necessary forms and ensure that your appointment will begin and end on time. Arriving late will unfortunately shorten the time of your treatment.

  • LATE ARRIVALS

    If you are running late, the courtesy of a phone call is always appreciated.  Since we strive to provide the best experience and timeliness for all our clients, any late arrival time will probably shorten the length of your treatment time, which would need to end as originally scheduled so our next guest’s experience with us will not be negatively impacted.

  • AGE REQUIREMENT

    Our atmosphere is primarily designed for guests 18 years of age and older. Unfortunately, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted use of the spa facilities or locker room amenities. However, for our guests younger than 14, nail services may be received with parental chaperone.   For our guests ages 14-17, facial and nail services may be received with a parental chaperone as well.   Please understand we are unable to accommodate infants and young children during your treatment at this time.

  • GRATUITIES

    If you enjoy you spa experience with us, it is considered customary to give a gratuity of 15-25% of the treatment price for your therapist for each spa service you receive. Rest assured it is distributed solely between your service provider and the spa staff who served you during your visit.

  • COURTESY

    While enjoying Elevate’s treatments and facilities, we kindly ask that you enjoy quiet conversation.  To ensure a serene environment within the spa, all mobile phones and other electronic devices are to be turned off or silenced.  If you must use your mobile phone, please do so only in the front reception area.

     

    Our entire facility is a smoke-free environment.

     

    To ensure complete privacy for you and other guests, camera usage is prohibited.

     

    Each individualized treatment session begins with a complimentary private consultation.  If this is your first treatment please  know which products you are using in your current homecare regimen to get the most out of your consult.  You’re welcome to bring in the products or take photos.

    Generally, if you are in good health, you may enjoy any of the services we provide.

     

    For your safety, health and comfort, prior to receiving any treatment, please inform your therapist of any of the following:

     

    –    Medical/Environmental/Food allergies.

    _    Recent surgical procedures or medical therapies.

    _    Any medical skin conditions.

    –    Try to avoid scrubs, AHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, retinoids or prescription topicals 3 days before your appointment.  You must wait 7 days after botox, and 14 days after fillers.

    –    Any pain or discomfort before, during or after any treatment

    –    Any serious medical conditions including pregnancy, muscle and bone injuries

     

    Heat treatments and therapies are not recommended for pregnant women, guests with serious heart conditions or sensitivity to heat.

    Maternity massages are suitable for expectant mothers past their first trimester.

     

    All appointments are by appointment only and I DO NOT take walk-in’s

     

     

     

     

  • SPA ATTIRE

    We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing that leaves your neck and de’collete’ exposed.  A fresh spa wrap will be provided for you should you choose to undress. Please  do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the Spa.

    Rest assured, during all our massage or facial services, our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

  • BEST WAY TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS

    If you want to stop in to purchase products, you must call ahead of time.  If you arrive while our therapist is in a treatment, you will not be able to purchase products.

  • MEMBERSHIP

    Enjoy the savings on frequently used services with our Frequent User Series deals. Our frequent user series never expire and can be gifted to friends and family.

  • PARKING

    There is plenty of free parking in the lot or on the street.

  • GIFT CARDS

    Elevate Gift Cards are happily accepted.   Gift Cards may be purchased in specific dollar amounts, and should be treated as cash for they are neither replaceable nor refundable if lost or stolen.  Gift Cards are redeemable  towards spa services or purchases in our Spa Boutique.
